Wednesday

Get your cameras ready and be prepared to be amazed. Today will be a busy day.
We will travel to Aracena, one of Andalucia’s beautiful white villages.
We will visit the Gruta de la Maravillas, a cave divided into three levels 1200m underground, below a castle. The walkways take you through some jaw dropping limestone marvels which are quite simply spectacular. After the tour of the caves, we will find a local spot for lunch.
This afternoon will be spent going along the aptly named Rio Tinto (the Red River). Our guide will show us the biochemical peculiarities in the earth that will help us understand why NASA studies the area due to its similarities to Mars. This is a great spot to play around with your camera settings!
We’ll finish the day with a tipple by visiting a famous local Brandy distillery, Luis Felipe.
